What a wonderful chance to travel around the world for almost one year with your whole family. I already wondered hearing about your long stay in Scotland and in my Berlin flat. Now things become clear – and exciting. I wish you all some recovering days in the Provence and lots of further interesting, nice and positive impressing adventures around the rest of the world.
I will often have a look in your blog to see, where you are just travelling around and to read about your new impressions. Stay healthy altogether !!!!

just read some pages of your world-travel-blog and realized, that you have already arrived at New Zealand. Well, that means, half of the world -countries have been explored in some parts.

Thank you Hilde! Yes, we are all well, and still enjoying ourselves. We have rented a home for a month here in Nelson, NZ. Our second “long” stay in one place. We still look back fondly on our time in Berlin in your apartment. Wishing you a joyous holiday season, and a wonderful New Year!
